I think socionics approaches Se in a more complete way than MBTI- and this video definitely captures more of that spirit. Thank you for giving Se its more complete and holistic description! 👏

Esfp here Matt, totally true all of you have said. One thing that wasn't mentioned is that I love gathering data from the external world (dates, facts, stories) to later entertain or teach others and I really enjoy that. Cheers

Cool! How do you go about doing that?

@@GeekPsychology I actually became a City Tour Guide since I loved history so much and love entertaining and meeting people, you can imagine it is an ESFP amusement park

Not woo-woo at all to slow down and take a breath. It is underrated advice and a super helpful reminder. As an Se dom, I need to do this to stop taking in EVERYTHING and to focus on what matters around me.

Thanks for explaining! I guess intentional breathing can help people just stop and do what’s important- whatever that is.

The one negative about the introverted feeling/extroverted sensing dynamic is when you walk into a room, you can sense the emotions of other people as well as read the body language, how the room looks, etc. This can be emotionally draining.

Very good video, Sherman. You know what I loved about cooking? It was exploring new recipes and trying out new dishes. That's what I found joy in. I just naturally excelled at it, without even trying. The only problem now is just me. I'm so depressed I barely get out of bed anymore. I just don't have the drive to do the things that bring me joy.
