Hey, I just want to ask something, just to gain a bit more context. I hope I don’t sound needy or clueless, I just need more info. I recently installed the app and it’s pretty much the best screenwriting app I’ve ever used, I admit. But is it really free? I’m not looking forward for any complicated ones, since I only need a platform to write my script, save it, and print it. So do I have to pay even though I only want the basic version, or do I have to pay either way? I’d appreciate it if you’d help, because this app is srsly something I’d like to use in the long run, and I mean it 😌👌🏻

yeah right,.. so HOW do you move what WAS called "Cards" around ? its all in the Arcs and plots section now and once they're in placce theats where they stay...TOTALLY useless for arranging the story.

Hi Adrian, You can definitely move around your beats to re-arrange your story. You start adding beats into acts, then you can move them around, no problem. Here is a guide: arcstudiopro.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015496039-Product-Guide-Story-building-with-Arc-Studio-Pro (Arcs & Plots contain your storylines, with which you tag your beats later on. ) Also, big update coming next week.

So who do you believe? THIS screenplay formatting video says it's OK to put 'THE NEXT DAY' in a Scene Heading while other videos and websites say NO WAY - only say DAY or NIGHT. Anything else looks 'unprofessional'. Grr....

It's perfectly fine to have "NEXT DAY" or "NEXT MORNING" or something similar in scene headings. You'll see that in tons of "professional" scripts.
