If you tell your spouse that you want a divorce, then wake up in the middle of the night to him standing over you, leave immediately, and don't come back without a police escort to get your stuff. 30% of female homicide victims are killed by their partner or ex partner. My wife left me after 27 years. I had absolutely no warning. Everything seemed fine. She was my best friend and i wanted nothing more than to be with her for the rest of my life. I was devastated when she told me she had been wanting to leave me 2 years prior to this. Never talked to me about it. Never shared anything about why. Turns out as I was working she was having an affair. Trust me. I can relate to how he felt. But would never go to that level. Been over 3 years now and it still hurts. But I could absolutely care less for my ex. Hating someone you loved with all your heart is one of the greatest pains ive ever felt.

It sounds like Kendy was unloved, abused, scared, alone in her marriage, and looking for love wherever she could find it. It’s so sad when a happy, upbeat, loving, outgoing person gets with a boring, grumpy, controlling, domineering stick-in-the-mud who ruins (or even takes) their happy life. My narcissistic ex-husband promised me all the love in the world and pretended to want a real marriage and connection. As soon as we were married, he turned into a controlling, critical, emotionless robot who wanted to be alone all the time and couldn’t stand it if I wanted to (God forbid) leave the house to do a fun activity. It doesn’t matter what the situation is with your spouse, if you are set in getting a divorce, move out first before you plan to ever send the divorce papers. Living under the same roof, especially with a controlling person and bringing home a divorce petition while having an affair is nothing more than asking for it. I feel terrible she died, but some people can only take so much. There is a “lot” of anger when a spouse totally betrays you, and for a controlling man, well it’s no surprise he lost it, with her right in front of his face. You gotta think and remember: other people (your spouse) do not feel good when you’re cheating on them and leaving them: it’s tough.

What sticks out to me first thing is that fake crying and the way he was faking the way he was talking so it would seem like he was crying when clearly he was not. Then the fact that she supposedly took her own life while taking a bath?? No, a woman isn't typically going to want to be discovered nude. She may commit the act in a tub to limit the mess to that area, but she's gonna be dressed and she's gonna probably leave a note of explanation. The lack of blood in that bath water was also a sign. Actually there were so many signs pointing to guilt it was unbelievable.

The problem with that, in the UK anyway, is you have to report it yourself as an adult. A woman I know was being ab*sed by her son!! Scrams down her neck..he's huge and she's terrified. I told her I was reporting it and she ok'd it but she was scared. The authorities refused point blank to do anything because she would have to call herself! She was too scared to in case they took her other children from her. What a mess!

Quit cheating people ! Cheating - Is Abuse , it can send people on the edge over the edge. Conflating grief and rage is very dangerous.

It sounds to me like Kendy did way too much playing/messing around and ended up finding out. If she didn't want to be married she should have left before deciding to get involved with anyone.

At least she somehow has 3 of the glass chickens from an entire china cabinet full of them. He sold her Grandma's whole collection at yard sale, wouldn't let his granddaughter or his daughter have them or any momentos. Worse, Kendy's son (and little girl's Uncle) stood there and enforced when his sister tried to even buy any heirlooms at the yard sale when she found out about it happening and raced over.

The death of Kendy all of a sudden felt personal and heartbreaking the moment her beautiful little granddaughter spoke and couldn't hold back her tears. I wish the law had a clause whereas additional penalties and sentencing could be implemented as punishment for the utter lifelong devastating damage that loved ones, primarily children, would suffer because of the actions of the perpetrator. But no judge or jury will ever have the authority to issue a sentence of burn in hell. Too bad.

@@MoogieBI have no doubt but I don't think it God he's going to be seeing. You're supposed to repent and ask God's forgiveness while you're still alive if you want redemption. This guy doesn't strike me as a confessing type. Why should God waste his time?
