The whole time injustice Supes tries to convince Jon to join him, but even after learning how Lois dies Jon just straight up tells injustice Supes that he isn't Superman, because Superman HAS to be stronger and can't just succumb to his demons like that. In the climax he outclasses the entire injustice league save Flash who he talks into standing down and then doesn't even really fight Injustice Supes, but gives him the "be better" speech 😂.
