The Beach Boys - Heroes and Villains (Stereo Verse Mix)

I'm working on a proper mix of Heroes and Villains, and for that I wanted a proper stereo verse. I tried AI separation but the results sounded too empty, so I instead used the "verse remake" track and synced it up with the original. I'm a long ways away from having a finished H&V mix, but I figured I'd post a teaser. Plus, I always appreciate collaboration and love seeing how one mix inspires another.

It's incredible that Brian was able to get that wall of sound from so few instruments. I think there's two basses, a couple of guitars and maybe a uke. A piano, possibly two. And a snare. Yet it thunders along like River Deep Mountain High.
