the stress I was feeling in this episode. the stakes have truly never been higher. everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is riding on this fire suppression test and I was HOLDING MY BREATH. I am loving Richie and his suit and him being so confident and happy in telling everyone that he wears suits now, ugh, he's the best. Marcus is also coming in with the tasty looking desserts and things are really looking like they are starting to come together. I cannot wait to see what's next! 🩶

I really appreciate that Richie thinks Carmy's gonna laugh at him for wearing a suit, but not only does Carmy supports him, he also made the black on black suit the uniform for servers at The Bear. In episode 10 you can see that Gary is also wearing one, meaning Carm must've told him to do so.
