I just started as a Kitchenhand late in life, no prior Kitchen experience. They have me helping out with lots of different tasks but also operating the grill and fryer station. As long as im patient, passionate and willing to learn they are happy to have me. Head Chef here reminded me of our Head Chef. It put my mind at ease when he spoke like this, and echoed similiar sentiments. I got home after my first shift and i cried, not because i was sad but because im passionate and it felt so good to be of service to the customers.

Watch some Marco Pierre White interviews, early Gordon Ramsay stuff and Phil Howards stuff, honestly them three are basically the holy trinity of making it through adversity as A chef/cook

The perfect "Mentorship" moment. Do you have the entire clip of this scene, or where can I find it?
@luisgugustavo16 күн бұрын
there used to be the complete clip available here on KZbin, but I think it was taken down due to copyright problems. I used to visit this video frequently, because it brought me peace somehow
