The biggest The Beatles song is She Loves You Yeah Yeah Yeah
@ignatiusjackson235
@ignatiusjackson235 Жыл бұрын
@@MurarichSiberianThere's actually a legitimate answer to this, well-documented. With very few exceptions, The Beatles never put single tracks on their albums, especially in the early days. Their reasoning was that the British record-buying public would feel gypped if they bought the album and already had the single. It would be like paying for the same song twice. Of course, this also meant that you'd have to buy the whole album to see what else they had cooking. If the songs on the album were great, which they always were, then you see how that logic pans out. Led Zeppelin took this a step further and hardly released any singles at all. You had to buy the full wax, but you got your money's worth because everything on the LP was so tasty.

What a great arrangement ! And that bass up front; it was Paul who made the bass into a lead instrument, he started a movement . Here he is with his chipped tooth. Paperback Writer is the other side. Both these tunes made it clear that the Beatles had changed. I'll never forget the first time I heard this, coming out of a speaker in front of a store, in 1966. It blew me away and changed my life. I love this . The color is great, especially Ringo with his blue shirt and gold cymbals .

This has always been one of my favorite Beatles tracks, along with the bookend "Paperback Writer". McCartney's bass line is so cool on this, guitars perfect, Ringo playing his superb, imaginative drums and----the absolutely gorgeous harmony vocals! Their blend was incredible. Lennon's lead vocals always killed on whatever song he did, just like Paul's! The world became a better place when the Beatles ruled.

Ringo aptly said that this was his favorite tune of all the Beatles recorded. Why? "Because it was so 'busy'," he said. It was unlike his other work. But, exactly like his other work, it fit the song perfectly: the rapid beats falling like raindrops. John's up- front vocals are beautiful; George and Paul are haunting in backup. Both lead guitar and bass are outstanding thanks, I believe, to Emerick's innovations with amps, etc.

You realise the Beatles themselves started the rumours? How can you be so ignorant if you're a Beatles fan? Did the fans record turn me on dead man ? Did the fans put 28 if on the licence plate on abbey Rd? Do you see now how this came about or would you like more clues ? Because the Beatles left many more

When this and Paperback Writer, Strawberry Fields, Penny Lane came out, they were transitioning on every imaginable level. Adding everything they were trying to do, and did, this could very well be their very best effort. Not saying it was theirs's or anyone's 1st favorite, but best? Paul's bass, Ringo's self admitted best drumming, recording backward tracks, who knows what else, I think maybe yes.

There is a true color version of this (I have it on a video tape I bought in the mid 1980s) but unfortunately the picture quality is not that good, distorting horizontal lines run through it. The original color version must be lost, otherwise it would have been included on the "1" DVD video collection a few years ago.
