The best teacher I have ever had retired today after medical problems. He was the only teacher who helped us work hard and find a passion for the subject. I’ve seen a comment similar to this one. It’s an odd comparison because both Disney/Pixar and the fine people behind this music video are going for completely different feelings in their works. The Beatles began to sing when I was a baby, and I listened to them with my mother. It's like I was born with them, they are part of my life. I remember the first time I saw this animation on TV, back then it was unbelievably original (like everything else they did). Thanks to my mother for teaching me so much about music, I wouldn't have enjoyed it so much without her. She died when I was 16 and listening to the Beatles still reminds me of her every time.

Just throwing this out there for the person that inevitably makes the movie about the missing sub, but the credits should play this song and present the passengers of the sub by showing their shoes preserved at the bottom of the ocean. The credits would start by saying: "Starring - Stockton Rush", but it would just be showing his shoes. Edit: This should not be done for the younger passenger. The young man had his whole life ahead of him and it's an absolute shame he perished. However, the rich people lived very full lives and died quick deaths, it won't be the same for the people that have comments to say about it. I write this as a person that horribly lost a brother myself.

I'm pretty sure it's about his father. A submarine is always a warship. Lennon drew yellow submarines in his early diaries. His father sailed away on a warship to escape family and other difficulties. So I don't see Paul's contribution. Also, in the demo, Lennon sings the full version of the song, and Paul says that John knows the words better. Only the one who wrote them can know the words better.
