On the studio version, its just Paul with acoustic guitar and an orchestra backing him up. It's a quiet and very beautiful song.

In this version, there are a lot of acoustic limitations.I remember Paul doing it on some TV show back in the 60’s. Maybe Sullivan, I don’t remember. He walked out from a dark stage by himself, as I remember it. Such a beautiful rendition. Thanks for sharing!

I'm going to say the beatles, because Paul mccartney wrote it and obviously sang it. Plus , I'm sure anyone else could sing it too, but at the end of the day, it's a beatles song written and sung by Paul mccartney
