You're awesome, I was at my rock bottom in 2013 and hell it was painful! The only thing which kept me going was the fact that I knew it was happening for a reason. I knew that all I was going through would pass. I would never want to go in that dark place again. Thanks for sharing Ruby x

Thank you for sharing this. I feel like I've hit rock bottom after losing another job and wondering why it happened. Honestly though, it's probably the best thing that ever happened because I hated that stupid job. It was demeaning, some of the people were condescending and patronizing and honestly I deserve a job that I can help others and makes the world better.

hello. thank you very much. it is really inspiring, it has given me some hope in life just move forward and start considering reaching rock bottom as a way of beggining to move on the path that leads to a great and happy life so me watching this in itself was a way of lifting myself out rock bottom

Great vid! I used alcohol to surpress my depression, anger etc. Ended up in jail for a night and realized I became someone I didn't like, nor would I want to be around etc. Meditation, working out and have a good support system helped me get back on my feet and now almost 5 years sober

Most times I dont feel like I want to live but I feel like I'm just being dramatic because I'm really really young and everyone says things always get worse the older you get and I try to ignore the suicidal thoughts because I cant tell if they're truly what I want but they always come back and even if I was being dramatic and stupid it doesnt make them go away

Rock bottom is where I am atm. It isn't beautiful or à miracle it's hell. People tell me to Go to hell I tell them okay it'll be a nice vacation. All I want in life is to die. I don't eat I sleep 12 hours a day. I want to die. So much I've attempted suicide 3 times. My fourth won't be a failure people say those who are survivors of suicide attempts are greatful they survived I wasn't greatful that failed yet again.

Good it worked for you but unfortunately, not for me. Today, I decided to finally cut my social media. I already cut people in my life because they want to be with rich, money makers. I don't know where life will go. The dark hole is waiting for me to hug. I guess I'm happy to hug it back and go deep inside I could go and never get out of it. I walk alone :(.
