Nice work bro! I did the same thing years ago when I had a 74 Super Beetle. We put a dual glass pack header setup on. Back then we didn't have KZbin or the Internet! So we had to figure shit out on the fly man. Me and my buddy were kinda newbies at performance mods and it took us a whole frickin day to figure out how the headers went on. I think we were trying to get the heat exchangers off but then suddenly realized they could stay on since we didn't have new J tubes for the rear exhaust ports. We removed the heater riser tubes anyways since the heat system on the Beetles worked for shit in the upper midwest part of the country. We just went for the HP gain. I remember like it was yesterday brah how excited we were to get the Bug fired up. Sounded badass! How's your Beetle running these days bro?
