I've been dealing with restless leg issues at night. Been driving me crazy. I believe it's related to my lower back problem and sciatic nerve pressure. Anyway, I started taking a Magnesium 400 mg softgel every afternoon, and I'm telling you it has helped SO much!! Just wanted to share this in case it could help anyone else. 🙂

in the winter, just cannot down 7-10 cups of cold greenies, but I can juice greens (parsley, cilantro, kale, cucumber, ginger and curcumin), adding chlorella, spirulina, moringa. I love parsley, cilantro, dill, celery, and add a lot of them to my salad, but 7-10 hard to do. Don’t hear you talk about these very very healthy greens.

This is the best of video on this subject. It gets to the point really quickly. I take magnesium to control migraine headaches, and it is the only thing I have ever found to work. I have suffered with migraines since childhood. I learned to figure out which food triggers in order to avoid certain foods that provoked or laid the ground work for a migraine to dance upon. In 2017, a neurologist recommended 400 mgs 2X daily, and it worked like magic! Later, I was on youtube searching for more information about magnesium. I came across this video by Dr. Berg. He is fantastic. I trust his explanations as he focuses on the truth, logic and rational conclusions that center on good health. He is a great resource.

I'm on 10 mg of Coumadin, and have to balance by delicious dark leafy veggies with the results of my INRs. I do eat a lot of nuts, and get free range eggs from a friend of mine. Oh, hopefully I can get off the Coumadin one of these days, and eat all of the greens I want. I do take a magnesium supplement every day. Hey I wanted to ask something pretty important about keto. So if I'm on a ketogenic diet it means I cannot get any of my nutrients from fruits or anything that contains sugar. I just wanted to ask you is keto beneficial in all aspects because by doing this I'm limiting all of my vitamins and minerals by just eating vegetables now correct me if I'm wrong but it's going to be very hard to get all of the daily recommendations for nutrients from fats and vegetables and I'm pretty sure fruits are richer in vitamins that vegetables are so would you recommend this diet for anyone or best for a diabetic? Thank you.

I absolutely hate green smoothies, but after this video, spinach and greens are going to be my new best friend. I will simply drink it from an opaque glass lol. Thank you. You provided me with some essential info I was missing. I have been really suffering from leg cramps. Hope to put an end to that.

Can I request one of your quick videos to cover ketone LEVELS. I’ve been eating keto for half a year and I usually test around 0.4 mmol using blood test. That seems low from what I’ve heard but maybe it’s fine?
