Concerned the natural lemonade/raspberry/orange flavors are actually MSG? Is it safe to take if you have SIBO or candida overgrowth? Is the electrolyte power safe to have if you have a histamine intolerance? I hope for answers to my questions, Thank you Jodie :) Ps. thankyou for your content, you are extremely helpful. 🙏🏼

This video says to take in very small amounts. Your other rotator cuff video says to take 200 mg. The supplements only come in up to 20mg that I can find. Was the 200mg recommendation a typo? Very concerned about this conflicting info. My husband is trying to avoid rotator cuff surgeries.
@h.sowandegray2913 Жыл бұрын
From what I have seen I think 200mg is way too much. That video he posted was old so different information is most likely available. But from what I have seen around 10-11mg seems safest. If you go "over" I believe you pee it out. Assuming you don't have a liver problem. I would probably cycle 1 month on 1 week off as well.

WoW. I feel so... smart after each lesson taught by Dr Berg. Today, I've learnt some important things: what Manganese does in our body, from what sources I can take it in and foods that prevent Manganese absorption into our body. I will definitely add garlic and sea kelp to my diet. However, garlic contains Manganese, so, should we consume it for a long period of time as people are quite crazy about it. For example, the market of fermented garlic still keeps growing and videos of how to make it is everywhere to be found. May I give this question to you, Dr Berg?
