I recently flew Singapore from NY to Hanoi via Singapore in their business class and It was unbelievable! I used points also to book this flight and I got what I think is a great redemption. I've flown business class on different airlines and I would say Singapore is creme de la creme and by far my favorite. Great vid John!

I love these videos more than his financial tip videos, you can only watch CC or HYS reviews so many times. So yea watching him do these vlogs is pretty cool. Also the AMEX travel portal have gotten some good deals recently; I think they changed their algorithm around to include booking through airline partners. I managed to snag a deal for LAX > HND/TOK > BKK for 2 JAL business class tickets round trip. It said I book via Alaska but all 4 leg of the flight is operated via JAL. Paid slightly less than 5.5k USD and 120k miles for 2 people, way cheaper than transferring the miles and hoping to land a seat.
