The black edges on the screen protector cover some of the screen because of how thin the pro bezels are. No reason to give your phone thicker bezels. Just get an Amazon 2.5D protector.

The ESR armorite is by far the best budget screen protector out there, even better than many of the more expensive ones like zagg. I wish the screen protector was a bit bigger though since the black borders cover some of the display

I have an iPhone 14 Pro with 94% battery health after a year, which has poor battery life, scrolling stuttering and other annoying bugs. Should I trade in to the 15 Pro or 15 Pro Max or wait for the 16 Pro?

That sounds like software bugs not hardware stuff. And your battery shouldn’t be that bad if it’s at 94%. I upgraded from the 12 pro max as my battery was at 75% health the back glass was smashed and front glass was cracked. Plus the natural titanium color is amazing. I went to the standard 15 pro not the max as I found the 12 pro max too big and always got in the way in my pockets.

I also own an iPhone 14 Pro. I had the same shuttering experiences the same week I upgraded to iOS 17.2.1. A couple reboots over the course of a couple weeks seemed to fix the issue.
