I rented this car for a few days and it is amazing, definitely feels like a premium car on the interior, the door feels heavy and the ride is super quiet and smooth. Power is underwhelming tho.

I heavily considered the current year (2024) kona limited not that long ago, but i WISH we got the hybrid version in the USA and i wish they used painted fender flares. But I do like that the limited has ventilated seats and pretty much alot of built-in tech. I'm waiting to check out the 2025 hybrid Tucson in person.

I would put this SUV in my lineup for compact SUVs to consider. Although the Honda HRV is still my overall best budget-friendly SUV to buy. The SEL Convenience trim is what I would go with despite having an underwhelming base engine.

We have a 2024 Ltd. Very impressed with it but no spare if you don't get the AWD. Also for us the infotainment system is a nightmare. It's overkill!

Hyundai Konas are great SUVs, even though they have tons of them and out there.

Hyundai has its issues but one thing for sure is. When renting a car for long trips across the USA I hunt the Hyundai Tuscan down. Hyundai has the BEST smart cruise control out of ALL vehicles. Not including the full AI cruise control like Tesla. Driving 1000’s of miles with very very low driver fatigue. I’ve driven all the BIG car companies and they suck.
