I have the exact same bike. I struggled with the forks for 30 hours. tried low pressures, high pressures, some clickers, nothing helped the deflection and harsh slap effect. I felt like the forks were broken and scary. After hours and hours of searching deep into the bowels of the interwebs i found a forum of guys talking about turning the clickers waaay out and keeping the air high. Well, i set my clickers to 30 comp and 32 reb and man alive these forks were tranformed! Super plush on the sharp roots and rocks, and still held up in the 5th gear high speed sand woops. tracked perfectly through ruts, cornering was improved 10 fold. These forks perform better than any other ive ridden, including the SSS. They worked amazing now through all different terrain without having to make an adjustment. im 180lbs and a Vet A rider, running 145 psi in the forks and it is perfection. try bumping your clickers around 30 and keeping your air a bit high.

Looks so smooth .... It's always super nice when a good suspension is coupled with an engine with good torque down low ....

Just rides so nice. For a big engine bike to ride likes this just makes it so much more fun to ride now everywhere instead just on the smoother trails. 👍

Oh, that's interesting. The legs tire out and we get an engine in the frame :)

There was actually a product that I ran on my 2008 KTM called Air Cells that worked on the same concept as the sub tank you have. I could definitely tell a difference in the plushness . There was System that used the same concept but used the air space in the handlebars . so I guess this is one of those deals were history is repeating itself 😁

Thanks for making the video. Like you, I have a 2021 350 xcf with new Kreft suspension. I agree it's still a little harsh on sharp edge hits. I ordered the plush tank. Cant wait to try it.
@ChrisHornerCycling3 жыл бұрын
I just installed the plush tank on my 2019 250xcf so now I can compare the riding style of the bike before and after the install of the Plush Tank. With the 350xcf 2021 I did both at the same time.

I'm so confused. Are we taking about dernys for track cycling now? Is this something Movistar is doing? 🤣 Glad you're enjoying your days off cycling coverage.

The butterfly effect has been sporadic lately so I had to get some counseling. the shrink thinks I can pull out of it :) If you can't make the TDF commitment (for some reason), I think the color orange and the number 350 might have something to do with it.

Chris, can you share your Kreft suspension settings with me? Thanks
@ChrisHornerCycling3 жыл бұрын
Yes. Shoot me an email and we can chat. Each rider will have a different set up from Kreft depending on your weight and riding preferences so my settings may not be plausible because you could have completely different internal setting (shims/valves and such) from what they installed in my bike.

@@ChrisHornerCycling I got my suspension back from Kreft a couple of weeks ago and I'm struggling to find the plush ride I was expecting. Ice tried their recommended settings and many of my own. Still pretty stiff tho
