I got a V11 back in November 2021 on a whim from amazon, I had no idea what to expect but I figured if I hate it I can send it back. Started goin slow and was instantly hooked, within a week I was cruising around the neighborhood. Now its 6 months later and I have been doing 15-25 miles every few days due to college. My campus is full of electric skateboards and scooters but no one has something like this, and its so much more useful and portabe. I can manuver it as easily as walking, it fits at my desk next to me, the battery life and speed is amazing, it has the torque to get me up ANY hill, I can go up and down curbs and bumps, etc etc etc. Its easily the best electric vehicle for commuting ive ever found. Now I have been looking for some power pads and was going to get the clark v3, but I was reading a thread about how the v3 pads are absolute trash for the money. No idea what to do there.

I talk a lot with people but today I actually was flat out told I was to old to ride it. I told him I was upgrading to one with suspension and a great headlight, he said I was crazy but not in a friendly. At 75 I can still be a Rebel,(kind a) .

I just got mine last week Wednesday from Ewheels and barely put 10 miles on it so far, but that first step on it was so easy for me with max PSI. I had no help and it felt perfect for my legs in a way because I already have strong legs, so then it felt more like a workout than something scary. I just have to practice mounting without touching something, though it does feel nice giving myself abit of a push from a fence or pole, especially at stop lights.

Thanks. This was i think, the best review of an euc I’ve seen. Not the most technical, not the most fun, nor the most adventurous, but it was real world. Real in how i would ride an euc. I was only left wondering how your body felt, your feet, contact points legs on the euc, and if you had to carry it up a flight of stairs. Aside from a little more range, would’ve you preferred enhancements in comfort, ride quality, etc.

I just got a v11... First long ride at higher speed 25+ (also first time I went that fast) got a wobble. I tried the squat but still went off. I hit 32mph tonight no issues. Maybe its the only other wheel ive had besides v5f. But this wheel is perfect. I am eyeing the hero tho

Yeah I found the V 11 a wobbly wheel in certain situations. Just slow down while carving and it usually goes away. Glad you’re loving the V 11 as well!

And that is at 10° C, will do better in warmer weather... Sadly, s20 has 2400 wh and yet gets the same distance range...and apparently s18 that has 1100wh does the sightly less distance, what did KS do to screw up s20?!?
@hammockcamping2500 Жыл бұрын
Chooch says he he was going 36mph, but the specs say 31mph is the max speed for the V11. How is that possible? I have a Kingsong 18xlg, which has a 31mph max, and there is no way to exceed 31 on it

I love my V11. Just wish it had a 3000wh battery. I would ride it over my Sherman if that was the case. So much safer with the suspension. Still no plans to sell it.
@landocycle2 жыл бұрын
Fitting another 1500Wh would mean a much larger, heavier machine and I like the V11 size the way it is. There’s a new IM machine coming that should satisfy those needs.

Thanks for all the great info. I’m very interested in trying an EUC and the v11 keeps bubbling to the top of my list. I’m in MA so the roads are crap and suspension seems important. Thoughts on starting with a v11 vs say a v10f?
@landocycle2 жыл бұрын
I firmly believe that learning on a non-suspension wheel makes you a better rider. That being said, the V11 will work just fine as a beginner wheel. The choice is yours.

@landocycle2 жыл бұрын
I have the new bearing style with red rubber seals. I’ve also replaced bad bearings in my older V11 with more expensive, after market ones. Both V11s going strong so far. The V11 is surprisingly easy to take apart.

What kind of pressure are you rocking in the suspension chambers? I have a good bit of riding on my V11 but I still feel like I haven't found the sweet spot for my pressures. I know the pedals will be pretty high on it compared to other wheels but I still feel like mine are maybe too high and sometimes I get wobbles that I feel like I shouldn't, idk..

The suspension has a little play near the top. Is that normal for the v11. Or is there something loose that needs tighten back down
@landocycle2 жыл бұрын
That bit of play has to do with the suspension slider mechanism, and is an inherent characteristic of the V11 unfortunately.

You having tried the Ks S18, which wheel you prefer overall? S18 or V11?
@landocycle2 жыл бұрын
I’m gonna make a video about that soon. I have a lot to say about it so it’s hard to sum up here: I prefer the ride of the S18 but it lacks the power and range of the V11. So if you care only about ride quality and nothing else go S18, if you want a more well-rounded EUC go V11.

Is v12 better than v11
@landocycle2 жыл бұрын
No, that’s why I have a V11 and not a V12; they’re different: V12 has only a 16” wheel and no suspension, but better performance and a nice touchscreen (and other features). I prefer the comfier, more stable ride of the V11.
