​@IndianaJake I watched the first one on theaters at the time, what I really liked is that it was like nothing I had seen before, it was almost like being in Pandora, especially since it may be one of the few 3D movies that used the tech correctly. The plot was generic, and the characters were pretty bland, but we didn't care cus we were too busy gasping at the sights. Also, unlike the 2nd movie, the pace was pretty good, you got from plotpoint to plot point pretty fast, so you didn't feel the scenes drag like, again, the second one. So overall, the allure of the first one is that it was a really pretty sightseeing tour of an alien planet with a decent enough plot to follow.

I stopped subscribing to Netflix when they cancelled The OA and I never came back. Was it the best Netflix show ever? No. ... but it was the moment for me where I realized that Netflix had no intentions of finishing the shows they start .. so why should I invest myself in anything while it is airing when it won't get a proper ending? The way a corporation works: A company is created by shareholders, shareholders have a board meeting to appoint a CEO to run every on behalf of them. The position basically is there to manage all the employees so that the shareholders collect the profit. A CEO is always appointed by the owners of the corporation. So for that guy offing that CEO wasn't very effective because I'm sure they've already appointed someone to the position already, there's always going to be there to fill the position.

Venom could have worked so much better, Doing the Lethal Protector It easily could have been a major win, part of the problem with Venom being tied to Spiderman is the fact it would have been PG13, rather they should have taken the opportunity to do a really good Rated R series Also Gary, Venom is a popular character from spiderman, Maximum Carnage and Planet of the Symbiotes were well liked series, Venom's Lethal Protector series led to many series afterwards as a standalone.

The funny thing is I've never read a Spider-Man comic book but I know who crave in the hunter is, I know who Madame Webb is, I know who morbius is and that's because of one of my most favorite animated series of all time Spider-Man the animated series from the 90s. With the Sony marvel movies I don't think the problem is they're using characters that people don't know and I don't think the problem is the fact that these are Spider-Man movies without Spider-Man, you can give us known characters and you can put Spider-Man in it but it doesn't change how bad the writing is.

I've said this already but The Odyssey cast looks horrible!! Holland, Zendaya, Hathaway all make me want to end it all. Damon's okay. Robert Pattinson makes me think of twinkling vampires which sucked. Lupita Nyong'o is a race hustling racist. Charlize Theron is great to look at but I don't care for anything she's been in. The cast for this makes me NOT want to see it. But it is Christopher Nolan so.... Ugh. Guess we will all see.

I don't think I put too much thought into the power dynamics of the protagonists exactly outside of how exactly it fuels the overall comedic and classic Dragon Ball and Gintama esque sort of body humor plus pretty solid development between Okarun's desire to get stronger to protect and stand alongside Momo as their relationship develops. Maybe elaborate a bit?

I loved that, Disparu, mentioned, Solo Leveling, as one of his favorites of the year. I could not agree more, man. I’ve watched the entire series over and over like ten times so far. You see the beginning and it is seriously crazy and brutal. But, then what happens is so very awesome. The arc of how you see the main protagonist change through the series is so much fun and rad to see. I’m champing at the bit for a second season of Solo Leveling. Along with Chillin’ in Another World with my Level 2 Cheat Powers (or whatever is the title, haha, they are so long often) and especially With my Cheat Powers I Became Unrivaled blah blah and in the real world, too. Haha, again, just really long anime show names that are hard to fully remember at times. I want second seasons of all three of those shows and many more that came out this year, like Dan da Dan (even though I think it has more than twelve episodes and doesn’t look like it’s finished yet anyways.) Though, I thought I saw a full feature movie for Solo Leveling listed on a box office report in one of, I think it was one of Ryan’s videos. And I was like “What the heck?! This came out in theaters and I’ve never heard of it?! Will it be coming to Crunchyroll???” I really, really want to see a second season of the show and this movie. I think it was titled - Solo Leveling: Reawakening? I have no idea what the plot is either, though? Is it a continuation of the first season of the anime? Is a singular story that still takes from the first season? I really want to know more about it. Also, I thought it was great that Disparu also mentioned, Dark Matter, as one of his favorites of this year. I think I have 2-3 episodes left of the series, so I haven’t finished it yet. But, pretty much everything I saw of the show was really awesome in my opinion. I need to finish it. I don’t like a lot of new shows or movies anymore, obviously with all of the terrible stuff that has come out. But, I took a chance on, Dark Matter, because the synopsis made it sound good and I was really glad I enjoyed all I’ve seen of it so far. Happy New Year to everyone and God bless. @@TheLittleCan yeah, that's kinda their point, i watched some of EFAP on HOTD season 2, and yeah, there Mauler more openly saying about the problems, but still calls this season as overall really good, that's ridicilous, i would understand him if he said that because of his subjective opinion, but i think if you ask him, he would say that it's objectively good season, with big problems, sure, but still really good, which it is not, i think this season succsecfuly destroyed everything good that out weighted bad, and the bad that was, became even worst, if they did point out everything in EFAP (i watched some of it, not all), i don't see anything that can out weight it, if they did really point out every flaw, i don't understand how they can like it after that, if that was MCU or Disney SW show with the same flaws as season 2 of HOTD they would rip it to shreds, but for some reason it's actually good for them.
