At the beginning, you said to use avocado oil, other than that, any other oil can I use? Olive or canola oil? Also also, can I use meat sauce instead of tomato sauce ?

You can use any oil of your choice. I have never used meat sauce with this recipe and I don't know how it will turn out. Thanks for watching
