I remember watching Bob Ross as a kid and liked the way it calmed me down and got my mind off things, we were also too cheap and religious to get cable. To anyone else whose confused, he started with a finished painting that he painted black. Some parts he scratched off the paint and in others he reversed the footage so that the black was seemingly replaced by the paint. Of which there is none of on the pallet
