Happy New Year Anna & Ernie. I am always looking for vegetarian dishes for my college age daughter who is home on break. This is a good one! I would add the chicken for my husband as well. I don't know if you ever had the TJs frozen rice but it's pretty good if you keep it for those nights when you need a short cut. Love all that you do!!❤❤
