You didn't tell the most important thing. What shutter mode do you use? Mechanical/EFCS/Electronic?
@EvanOlbrichtАй бұрын
That totally depends on what I'm shooting. Usually, I use electronic because of the amazing shutter speed, but I have seen some balls warp within some sports. So totally depends on what sport I'm shooting. Usually I would say electronic for most sports though.

@@EvanOlbricht Hmm. Did you see rolling shutter when people, for example, running? I think the readout speed is not bad, but no what i need for shooting sports, and I'm very surprised that you shoot in electronic. Thanks for answer.

@@Shchepinov Great question. I don't see a rolling shutter when shooting in electronic. Usually, if I do want really high-quality photos I will shoot in mechanic just because I know I won't have any problems.

@@EvanOlbricht I forgot to say one thing! With electronic shutter, your photos has 12-bit color depth instead of 14 in EFCS/Mechanical.

Yes, it does. But I haven't seen much of a difference at all. Honestly, the Canon colors are so good, and if you shoot in raw, you can't tell the difference. That said if you are shooting for a client or looking to do a big print, shoot in mechanical just to make sure you are getting the highest quality photo possible. Just for me, in certain situations where I am looking for that really high shutter speed or low noise when shooting, I will usually choose electronic because the results are very similar.
