Switch needs to be up near the shower head away from any water and under the arc. Easier to turn off. Looks like it sits in the water Arc here

Depends on your specific size rotopax mate. The pump was designed to fit into a standard jerry can fill point so I'd assume so. Hope this helps

Thanks for the video, can I ask how you power it? We have free camped a lot but usually only for 3-4 days where fresh water is available for swimming, not worried about showers. We don't have a generator but am thininging of getting one as we're going for a week off grid in Jan. I'll check out your channel for any anvice you may have on generators also. Hey Belinda, this little shower has a built in lithium battery so it’s a simple USB charge and away it goes. We’ve since upgraded to a hot water system but this one was great as we didn’t need a power supply.

Product is good when it works however mine died after 13 months of use. The pump died just after it ran out of warranty. Shame as it’s the only shower I found that fits into a water Jerry can.

Repco have a similar product for $35 (SKU: A5390981), but runs off the cigarette lighter of your vehicle, so it's limited by the length of the cable (or any 12v extension cable) where you locate the shower, but I guess being close to the vehicle is not a bad idea anyway.

Thanks for the comment mate, We looked at a very similar model at Anaconda from Companion I think. That plugged into the cig outlet and we almost went that way. It's been pretty handy though having the battery, just being able to use the unit as a transfer pump or use it away from a power supply.

@David Stadium it’s really very simple you need a 12 volt pump with 11 LPM flow which you can regulate, some hose a shower head 12v switch there are plenty of mobile water poly storage options out there, I’m looking at a new VAAST system at the moment. You can install a valve to direct the water from shower to washing up sink. I powered my original one off a couple of drill batteries but now have lithium setup.
