Yep got this OG otterbox case for the first time. It definitely surprised me. I thought it would be alot bulkier. So I bought it on sale for work. And I got Unicorn Beatle for just being out. Otterbox DP was so nice in hand I ended up using my UB case for work and the Otterbox for going out. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Great content. I've had a defender pro for every phone I had. The only thing about defender pro is its missing the built-in kickstand. Like Supcase unicorn beetle pro or I-Blason Armorbox or poetic spartan. They all give the same lip protection, with the other they also come with the holster. So you get a built-in kickstand and a holster for around 28 bucks. Know if otterbox Defender Pro came with a built-in kickstand, I would have to put it number 1. Almost forgot. The other 3 also come with two frames, one with a screen protector built-in or without. They give you a choice.

Is there also a front lip on the side? So that the display is also protected on the long side? I have the problem: my Note 10 broke despite the Otterbox on the edge of the sink because the case on the long sides of the display does not protrude and protect. Does anyone know?

Don't buy this case! After a few months, the rubber becomes loose and pops every time you touch the screen. Incredibly annoying, this case is a total waste of $50.

any update, did the rubber become loose / stretched? i am about to order the defender because that is what happened with my otterbox commuter case for my s23 ultra. the outer hard plastic isn't staying fully seated, especially around the top right corner where the camera lenses are located. as well, the inner rubber layer is sagging around the spen corner, and where the volume buttons are. this is with less than 3 months of very minimal use. it seems like the design of the defender case should not suffer the same flaws, but i can't be sure.

@ensom Yes, the rubber was loose enough that the back of the case was making the annoying popping every time I used the keyboard. I went with another style of case without a rubber inner layer, and won't be buying any more Otterbox products after that experience with the Defender.
