I agree with you it did sound a bit drony but for a $600 cat back I think it was a pretty good option, still brand new anyway you can always sell it for one you prefer. Actually I really liked how it sounded getting up to speed and the highway drone was not as bad as I expected at all!

I also recently saw a video of the new BRZ racing an STi. They're very close. It was a stage one STi, it pulled about a car length. Half a car length. They're nearly identical which is good for you. Even though you won't keep it stock.

My 17 WRX only drones when it's below freezing and the exhaust is warmed up at around 3K, but tbf i have a muffler delete so it's my own fault lol. it's worth it for the pops a burbles though

Fa24 sounds so similar to the fa20. When i put invidia n1 on my fa20 it was really drony but after a week and having the exhaust go through some heat cycles. The drone went away. I do not miss that new exhaust smell 😂 great video like always!

Any knows Motor issues with the BRZ like with the WRX/STI with Ringland Failure? what you recommend as a reliable 4 door car that you can mod and get food power? been looking at the BMW M3..

Tbh I wouldent buy another used German car after my VW incident. But if you do I'd highly suggest the warranty if they offer one. Imo the BRZ is alot more fun to drive. Especially this newer one with all of the changes they made. For practicality the STI/WRX wins in that category. Only real issues with FAs are bending rods when you push them too far

Would love to see exhaust systems go to V-band. Having learned about it from you, I see the benefits of it. Also, why doesn't car manufactures utilize AOS's as an OEM part? Considering the benefits and life added to an engine. If Subaru moved on from the Boxer engine would you want to see an I4, V6 or other? I got a Nameless Axel Back on my 20' WRX and man, I love the pops and bangs, but I can only make it get rowdy like that when downshifting to rev match from 3rd to 2nd :( I assume once I get more power and a tune it will be better but still !
