The U.K. I think these would be lovely with some chopped Spring onions (green onions or scallions) for some extra bite. We Brits being slightly mad call those long green onions Spring Onions. No, I've no ideal why either. Perhaps it beause they used to always appear in the Springtime but nowadays you can get them all year round, what with modern shipping methods. They cost more though than buying organic or locally grown onions.
