Kent, I just wanted to write and let you know that my Mother passed away December 29th, 2021 after a 6 week battle with COVID 19 Pneumonia. She was 60 years old. She began watching you a few years ago. Her name was Christina L. Kuhn. She subscribed to you and she watched you all the time on the big screen in the living room. She loved your videos and she was a huge fan of you. So, Im her Son, Rodney Kuhn. And I just had to write and let you know that. She was a devout Christian and I know shes in a better place than we are. But, she loved to cook and she got a lot of inspiration from you and the videos that you put out. So Im very thankful for your videos. My Mom thought the world of you. :)

Mr. Kent reminds me of a cook we had at a trucking company in Colorado many years ago. We had a bunkhouse like in the old cowboy days. We had a good cook too, he'd carry a gun in his pocket, and he wasn't afraid to use it. He was a trip! One thing I've learned in my life is to don't give cooks a hard time especially good cooks, may be hazardous to your health, lol.
