Nice sled....For your miter slot rails you can also use HDPE which is a bit cheaper then UHMW. Also, curious why you didn't install any T-Tracks.. I know you have the mini sled, but it wouldn't hurt to have them just in case.

Thanks for the comment. I’ll have to check out HDPE. I did install T-track on both at the end!

@@TheTranq I'm talking about on the T-tracks on the bed...to be used as hold downs for smaller pieces or awkward pieces. HDPE is not as scratch resistant as UHMW, but using them for guide rails and sacrificial fences they are not going to get many scratches anyway...at least not enough to be worried about.
