Hi there, I have a i-box battery unit for the echo dot. Its no longer holding a charge. Spoke to Ibox, who say its over 12 months old so nothing can be done. I see the battery pack is HY 18650 with other info. Is this something that can be replaced with another battery pack? THe unit works fine when plugged in, just not portable any longer? Any suggestions, about maybe a better unit, but I do like the design of this one and if possible could be saved? Any thoughts for me? Many thanks, Keith
