I tried your drill for about an hour and got really good feel on my strikes. I had a 18 hole tournament the following day and shot 78. Bro your content kept me in the zone, your teaching method is, direct, and relevant with no dribble like others on you tube. I'm recommending your channel to all my mates.

This young open mind man shows skills about teaching which are probably one of the very best if not the best on You Tube !! Thanks to Eric Cogorno who told the best about this vid! I initiated by myself this drill with my wedges a few months ago and I’m gonna do it asap with my irons. And may be my driver… Feeling contact, turning the pelvis, using the lead arm, getting the proper tempo, shifting on the lead foot , all the main principles are described in this single drill. And , why not, eventually having more or less ( less for me), Tommy Fleetwood’s swing!!😂 Thanks from 🇫🇷 for the good job.

Jonathon, this has completely changed my golfing experience, this should be the 1st drill anyone new to golf should master. Like many people i just wanted a simple swing that i could take out on the course. I dont get to play and practice as much as id like and this just works. Thank you so much. I (and going by the comments , a lot of other people) would love it if you did an entire series on THIS swing. Adjustments when moving from short to long irons and even driver. Playing draws and fades etc. I think you'd have loads tuning in.

I stumbled onto your channel and this drill. As an older player at 65, 30 years of playing fairly well, I decided I needed to rotate better towards my 70s. I have a tenancy to flip the club a little. Despite the fact I've gotten down to a 4.3 index, I'm not happy with my ball striking. This drill I have found amazing, I'm doing it every range session, the striking is improving to a level I didn't think I was capable of. I've subscribed to your channel, looking forward to learning , many thanks.

Use to be a real good striker of the ball. Distance was never a problem. 170 eight iron. About a year or so ago I started losing distance across the board. Like lots of distance. I was flipping at the bottom, launch angle and spin was out of control. THIS drill fixed it FINALLY! So nice to see a proper trajectory again. Thank you

Wow I just tried this drill for about 45 min. Consistently better ball striking. Something about thinking of stopping the club makes you forget about the crap and just hit it. ….which I’ve done for so long so now I’m nervous I’m going to slip back into bad habits?? We shall see, but first impression is that this drill is absolutely amazing!

I watched this video and did this drill before I watched his four-part series and it had me hitting my irons ten yards farther and straight the very next time out. My 2nd time out I was hitting poorly again and after three holes of frustration I remembered this drill and started doing it in my pre-swing warmup and started making solid contact again. It is quite amazing the affect.
