I don't use any commercial egg food. I use hard boiled egg, mashed up with the shells, and add chopped fresh herbs like basil, coriander, finely chopped carrot and broccoli breadcrumbs to make it crumbly and chopped up freeze dried mealworms. I male one big batch and freeze it in small air tight pots and defrost portions as needed. I offer sprouted seeds separately. I just sprout seeds from their normal seed mix.
