I have to admit, I am jealous of the learning opportunities of these kids. They all sound so amazing that I never would have guessed that they were in elementary.

Yeah we dont force our children to spend 3 hours a day at least practicing music. Sorry Asia, but I'd rather have my kids enjoy their childhood than practice and study 8 hours a day after school.
@trashvideocommentator21676 жыл бұрын
@@nadivkaspi6211 its not even making them practice that long it's the fact that US elementary schools don't support music in general
@sashak58196 жыл бұрын
Trash VideoCommentator I agree I really want the DOE to support music more :’(
They really are the best elementary band I’ve ever heard, they have their music memorized, good tone, quality and pitch control. Their high notes sound nice and clear, not squeaky and blatty. Props to them!

I know-- at 0:54 a trumpet is playing a high concert C. But it's in tune and exquisitely controlled. What's wrong with her? ;)

This piece keeps growing on me the more I listen to it. I wish the ENTIRE recording was on KZbin. The score would make a PERFECT Brass Ensemble transcription... a piece I would buy and perform.

Close your eyes. You don’t hear an elementary school band. You hear a professional wind orchestra. But open them and... they’re just kids disguised as professional musicians. WOW!
What an incredible and excellently taught bunch of young musicians,Great performance. My Greatest respect to their honorable teacher.

They sort of do, but they don't really compare to the top DCI groups in the US. Like, the showmanship and playing of the top cores are just so incredible that nothing I've seen from other marching bands in the world could compete.

If you take age out of consideration and just listening to the music alone, it’s not the most difficult by any means. I’m sure you could find better high school bands in places like Texas where they live and breathe music. And as for professional brass bands, look some up on KZbin, they’re actually quite incredible to watch!
