I'm approaching 100K miles on my2017 Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE and I love it I've never had to replace the Hybrid battery and it's still running as strong as day one and I much rather replace a hybrid battery maybe once every 15-20 years if needed rather than constantly replacing A serpentine belt, brake pads and rotors, starters and alternators 😂 I've had not 1 single issue that is always mentioned about Hybrids 🤷🏽♂️yes I take care of my car oil change every 5k and I'm always on top of all fluids needed. Honestly I don't EVER want the headache of a regular gas engine vehicle! I'm much happier with a Hybrid the only issue and honestly it's NOT in my opinion, is the HV battery! but honestly im ok with replacing it 15years later (if) I'm still deciding to keep the car Honestly if anyone is thinking about getting a hybrid Go FOR IT THEY ARE NOT ENDLESS MONEY PITS! 😂 THEY ARE ACTUALLY VERY RELIABLE AND VERY MAINTENANCE FRIENDLY MUCH MORE THAN A REGULAR GASOLINE CAR! HYBRID CARS ARE AWESOME AND AS A BONUS THE "SYNERGY DRIVE SYSTEM" FOR TOYOTA HYBRID VEHICLES IS WAY TO SMART TO LET YOU MESS ANYTHING UP SO DONT BE FOOLED BY FOOLS TALKING BAD ABOUT HYBRIDS They ARE NOT BAD AT ALL!! IM NOT BASHING ON SCOTTY Here EITHER SO DON'T TURN THIS INTO SOMETHING ITS NOT! HE ACTUALLY HELPED ME FIX A LOT OF VEHICLES BY SHARING WAYS TO WORK ON HIS VIDEOS! KEEP IT UP SCOTTY YOUR AWESOME! 👍 (MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS CHECK THE HV FAN FILTER KEEP IT CLEAN AND YOUR BATTERY WILL LAST A LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG TIME!) NEGLECTED FAN FILTERS "WILL" RESULT IN HIGH-VOLTAGE BATTERY FAILURE! OTHER THEN THAT THIS ENTIRE SYSTEM IS PRETTY MUCH BULLETPROOF! 💯💪💯

I think Top Gear had something to say about the LFA too.

1UZ FE 4.0 V8, Toyota introduced in first ever lexus LS400 1989. This engine is so smooth and reliable even there is fifth gear video of glass of water putting on the different cars.

My friend had one of those LFA's It was beautiful but the engine was delicate and the maintenance was outright outrageously expensive

Hey scotty ive heard toyota camry 2014 - 2017 were very reliable what is your opinion?
@toriless Жыл бұрын
2010 - 2016, I think 2017 was a redesign year, I have a 2012 and 2016, same parts. Both have better tires (Michelin High Performance) but the rest is original.

I think there is an error here - The 2GR-FE is in the Lexus IS 250, but the IS 350 has the 2GR-FSE

My 1mzfe went out after only 207k miles. And I babied that thing. Toyota let me down. So I'm buying another 1mzfe to see if this one's built a little better.

I'd rather have an LFA than an GT-R. The LFA is an original car with an original engine, while the GT-R is a 350z mashed up with an R34 styling wise while using the 350z engine.

I really want to get an old Toyota Verso Pro but i don't think the engines are gonna last much more than the 100k miles they went through before people started selling them off.

My 2001 4runner's shifter wiggles back and forth while driving and runs rough... how bad is this gonna be? I'm taking this to the dealer huh?

Got a 1mz-fe Toyota Avalon xls 1995 first gen it's got 250k miles and I still use full synthetic on it and I've never had to do anything but just replaced the cv axles and stabilizer bar bushings , couple engine mounts (mostly rubber parts) and an alternator , other than that this cars still a beast and the ac blows colder than my 2017 Tacoma 😅 Oh and I added a aftermarket short ram intake and took out the box intake , sounds better and probably gets no difference in hp or mpg if anything but don't have little critters trying to make a home inside it anymore 😅

I had a 4AGE in a Corolla GTS and it was an awesome engine, easy to work on, but it was slow by todays standards, never the less it was fun.
