Nice one. 👍🏻 Will do this recipe next time. Have done these on the Kamado many times and it’s always a challenge to keep in one piece. Will use the technique re excess liquid. Could be a game changer. I spent a lot of time in turkey and that pepper paste is in all the supermarkets, cheap as chips and I used it a lot. Have seen it in cash and carry here but nowhere else. @@andykynaston1261 yes the Turkish cash and carry is where I get my red pepper puree and most of the other spices, it also goes well in chicken wings, let us know how you get on with it 👍
