Hunter M - Gotta disagree there. They were way OTT and ridiculous. They took it from a street racing movie to a superteam that defies physics and gravity more with each movie. Dude, today i saw fast and furious 8 and i had all the time that feeling that something was missing. The reason was Paul Walker as Brian O'Connor. The movie is great but without Paul Walker it was a lot of times boring. He is my favourite charakter in the fast and furious franchise. I was just thinking all the time that they should ended the franchise afer fast and furious 7 as i was watching the movie because without him its not the same. I know Paul Walker died but they should ended the franchise just because of respect for Paul Walker. He was the one who started it and made it that sucessfull.

The Rock's character is OBVIOUSLY number 1 on that list. he is the bravest one of all, he cares for his family (his team in Fast Five) and in number seven he could have hidden away when the explosion happened but instead his first thought wasn't himself: it was Elena. and Luke Hobbs has a daughter, which made it even more surprising so see that he risked his life to save his partner when he could have died and never seen his daughter again.

I really liked Giselle's dynamic with Han, especially in her last movie which has to happen in order for Tokyo Drift to find its place after Furious 6. 4 was definitely shaky, because she was no more than a henchwoman who decided to return a favor, was not expecting her to reappear and get with Han no less.

The top 3 are simple. 1. Paul Walker- Brian O'Conner 2. Vin Diesel- Dom 3. The Rock- Hobbs Vin and Paul started it all and the films mostly revolved around them. Walker gets the number #1 spot because the role was made for him. In real life he loved cars, driving fast, and racing. He's was the ultimate cool guy that fans loved. Vin is second because he was the first badass character introduced to the franchise. Fans loved him as well but in later films his character in my opinion became a little cheesy. The Rock at #3 is right behind Vin because he helped revive the franchise to what it is now! He now has become the ultimate badass, many fans love him, has the best quotes, and he kicks ass.

Mia Toretto moment? 4 seems to be best because of the tension between Brian being a FBI agent and the fact he's the one who technically forced Dom on the run and leave the US, forcing her to live by herself alone, and the fact that she's probably watched constantly by the FBI in case Dom reappears for whatever reason. After that, she became mission control in 5 and became less involved in the action after that for obvious reasons.

I think Letty is the best character because she was there from the beginning, she actually races and gets into fist fights, unlike Dom's sister, the other female introduced in the very first one, and she has the best storyline which spans four movies! She dies in 4, you miss her in 5, she's part villain in 6 and she remembers who she is in 7. That's character growth and development that is sprinkled with action and keeps your attention.

Sean, nothing much I can say except that he is indeed the main character of his movie and I had to follow his journey in Tokyo. All in all, definitely not as big as any of the characters who appeared more than once but his story of being an outsider being introduced to a sport that's kinda alien to him and beat the King' of it was great. To be quite honest, it was three individuals: Han, Roman Pearce, and Paul Walker. Han was such a cool laid-back guy which sucks that he died at the end of Fast Six. Paul Walker has always been a fan favorite in the series & been with the franchise ever since the first movie. It was a proper send-off for Paul, but I guess Hollywood needs more moolah with this Movie series. As for Roman, he is the Class Clown of the whole group that you would like so much to be around all the time. It totally sucks that they will make the new film like a cash grab.

Agreed with #1! I'd even argue it was Brian who's the family. He's not the head, like one would consider Dom to be, but if it wasn't for him, Dom and Letty would have been in jail or dead. Family dead. Yes, they liked to blame Brian for what happened, but really, it was their own fault. They were criminals. Robbing trucks on the highway. :p I only wish they cameo'd Brian in the newest one, played by one of Paul's brothers perhaps, just to see Brian again. I probably would have ranked Mia higher than Sean and Han, but I see the reason for #11.

Best character is the Rock. Most important/biggest impact to the Franchise 1)Diesel (Driver, leader, strongest fighter, got fans to come back after 2 with a small as cameo in 3, showing that fans don't want to see these movies without him) 2) The Rock (huge fan base, action star, funny, the only real law enforcement besides Russell's character) 3) Walker (he was the star who kicked it off, most of the stories are told through his eyes. Someone said this in the video about Tyrese, that he was the audience, Walker was the relatable character for us all. He didn't bring much to the team. In fact he ruined the families original team of crooks. If he didn't die in real life (RIP) I'm sure his character would have died soon.) After these three you can make an argument for rest of that list order except it ends like this 8) Tej (Goes from crippled racer to tech genius with jokes) 9) Tyrese (He does one liners. Brings nothing to the team. Brian's character was redundant, he just went back and forth with Good cop, undercover cop, bad cop, not a cop, (then fast forward to the 4th one) back at being a cop, bad cop and now on the run used to be cop. And then he became the One Last Job because i have a family guy. BUT! He is the reason why this became a franchise, remember Van was too big to do sequels, if there was never a 2 Fast, the rest might not even followed, so I GUESS #1 is fine for Brian. But everyone brings just enough to make this what it is.
