You mention the Cinépolis. The Ramirez family were good friends of ours, in fact my sister dated one of the sons. My mom just came back from Michoacan a week ago and she brought some corundas. They go well with carne de puerco con chile. Güeros, the homemade chile en vinagre (when you had carnitas) made me miss my dad (who passed away years ago). He knew how to make that, and the cauliflower they put in it is my favorite. Great video! This Michoacana would love to visit Michoacan. Not only Morelia, but Uruapan and Pazcuaro (don't know if I spelled it right).
