Hi Dr. Nancy, Love the way you use frameworks for specific type of questions. I thought one thing differently. Going from H->P could look more like a bottom's up approach & then picking the best metric one could think of.

Great video Dr. Li! Questions - What if you have a product that has multiple user segments (like 4 segments)? Can I ask the interviewer if I should prioritize metrics based on a particular user segment? Should I assume that I need to select 1 segment and use a framework to prioritize which one, then brainstorm and prioritize those metrics that are related to the mission? Edited for follow-up question: Would the interviewer think that I'm dumb for asking them to clarify that?

nice video, but one correction, Meta didn't lay off "bottom 10 %" they laid of 20% and it was randomly generated. Tons of high performers were also laid off. And there were a bunch of not so high performers who made it past the cut.
