Hi Dianna! I'm loving your content and was wondering whether you can do a Program Manager version or advice on how to tweak it. I think it's a fair assumption a PgM interview could include "what success metrics/goals would you set for a program?" I have an upcoming loop and would so so appreciate any suggestions.

North star metric = intersection of value from different stakeholders perspective

Awesome video. Thanks for sharing, Dianna! When you define the supporting metrics to the North Star metric, are you implying that all the metric that you have listed must be measured to determine product success? That seems like a lot. It was my understanding that the North Star metric is a derivative of the funnel metrics and the success of the product is tied to measuring that single metric that matters? What is your perspective?

You want to have anywhere from 1-3 key key metrics, but you’ll want a few supporting metrics to help you understand the fuller picture of how your product is doing.
