What about having a 1-2 YOE as an APM at a non-tech, manufacturing company? Would the mid-career category apply? I just received my MBA back in Spring 2022 while still working at my current company and I just hit my first year as an APM. I want to break into tech as my expectations of my current role have fallen a little flat.
