1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
5 cloves garlic, chopped
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (Stir Fry Chicken Gizzards)
1.5 lbs chicken gizzards
1 tbsp chopped ginger
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stalk lemongrass, sliced
1 tbsp cooking wine, optional
Garlic, ginger, onion and thai chili pepper
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
