It also doesn't help when Gajin actively rigs certain mechanics for Russian vehicles. Like when you hit the side and the fuel tank of sand absorbs the shot.

At 10:52, the squeaking noise comes from the long-barreled Panzer IV's tendency to overload it's front end while steering. I've also noticed this exact thing in IL-2 Tank Crew. The Finnish even noted that the Panzer IV Js they got tended to make their brake drums glow hot red in summer on road marches just from this strain alone.

I've read that the longer gun threw it off balance, but I didn't realize it was to that degree. Makes sense given the Nazi's propensity to attach more dakka and not compensate for it anywhere else. I wonder if Gaijin intentionally added the sound or if it was just picked up by the original recording. Cool either way.

Gajin bases the BR's by kills alone. (Something they really shouldn't do although I guess it can't be considered op if it is an exclusive premium.) The problem with German vehicles is that they all got high power cannons and no armor. Most people go to Germany like "Germany has unkillable tanks." Then lose their mind when they die.

76 Sherman’s go all the way up to 5.3 with relatively similar stats to German 3.3. It’s really painful. All you really get for the 2.0 br difference to my knowledge is a faster traverse and gun stabilizer.

I honestly know what you mean about the British Sherman II. It does look rounder somehow. I think it's because it has the track skirts that the US didn't use, so it's got two more round bits under the hull. It also has the older style mantlet, so you see more of the round turret under it. He's a very bulbous boy.

The Turan III is a pretty fun vehicle, even if it did get put up to 4.0 (which I honestly agree with, having tried it) It’s basically a Panzer IV with a reverse gearbox. Highly recommended.

10:50 fun fact: that is because the Allies bombed German ball-bearing factories, and the Pz. IV used ball-bearings basically wherever it could. As a result, many improvisations were made, such as using bushings instead of bearings, and thus you get the squeak.

The Hetzer and long-barrel Panzer IVs are among the strongest tanks at their br, if used right. These two together with a Wirbelwind make a devastating and versitile lineup already. No idea why both of them were lowered in BR, especially the Panzer 4 G/H/J.

3:46 achktually, they have the same amount of HE filler. From what I understand, the difference between the 75 and long 75 is just the amount of propellant, the shell flies faster, so it has more penetration on the panther, otherwise it is the same shell. Same with the 88 and long 88. At least that is what I understood from it, correct me if I am wrong

As someone who has the panzer VIs as some of their more played tanks, it’s straight up mind boggling how lower tier Germany isn’t more oppressive than it is. Cause yeah, a 4.0 t34 might have volumetric on its side but that doesn’t guarantee to save you from 145mm of pen my g. And like yes, chassis is made out of papier-mache, but it can still be just stupidly good. Just do like when you VS ice climbers in melee and don’t get close. Thank god for German players being German players then am I right?

Hey Spookston. I recommend you play the Alecto or the Tortoise, they're really unique vehicles. I know they're British (ugh , am I right?) but they have really potent guns. The Alecto is fast while the Tortoise is slow. Awesome vid as always!

You should play the Carro Armato M Celere Sahariano. (2.7) Its a medium tank prototype created by Italy during World War II to match the speed and firepower of British cruiser tanks seen by Italian forces during the North African campaign, which it does well with a forward/back speed of 61 / 5 km/h. Its armor's not amazing but its decent for the BR. Its gun is pretty nice, a 47 mm 47/40 mod.38 cannon with a reload speed of 5.2 seconds, and the Granata Perforante mod.39 (APBC) one shots most pens it gets. Its appearance is pretty comical it looks a pancake should be pretty easy to make a meme out of. Hope you see my comment and take it into consideration. Thanks for reading (DAY: 2)

You should try the R3 T106 FA. The T3 T106 FA is one of the best aggressive flanking vehicles in the game and can go in and out of battle like a beast. Would leave to see someone with your skill play it. It keeps getting it's BR increased. It used to be 7.3 but slowly went up to 8.0 as of recently (sons of Atilla).

2:02 it's pretty simple: 1. people at low ranks have close to 0 understanding of what compression is and when it happens, so they just dive straight into the ground at 500km/h hoping that they would pitch up just as if they were going 250 2. The Panzer G in the italian tree is so strong for where it's at in the tier. Same round as the Turan III but, with the armor of a panzer. I have a clip of five tanks trying to push me in it and im just waiting for my reload between kills pretty much haha.
