Canon needs some light primes that have fast auto focus and no focus breathing. Their current 1.8 primes are trash for video.

The early reviews are saying that the S5II’s PDAF will work with adapted EF lenses (eg using Sigma MC21 adapter) including CAF (no lens IS though, which is fine). That is great news for EF lens hoarders like me!
