For the lazy people (like me): - Crab Legs - Chicken Wings - Shrimp - Smoked Sauces - Cilantro - Green pepper - Garlic - Onion - Okra Steps: 1. Cut your veggies (after washing ofc): Green pepper, Garlic, Onion. 2. Mix oil and flour until you get a nice brown roux result 3. Add the veggies, smoked sauce (cut), chicken wings. 4. Add creole seasoning. 5. Pour the chicken broth. 6. Add the cut okra to the bowl with the chicken wings and everything, as well as a full habanero (?). 7. Going to the shrimp and crab, season them with lemon pepper and creole seasoning. 8. Add those to the big bowl with everything in it. Plus cilantro. I don’t know amounts though, we’ll have to research those. I mainly noted down this for me to use later but if it helps someone a bit, here you go.
