I can honestly say that this is the first time I’ve seen any non Asian chef make an dish that is very close to the original and not screw it up with their own personal take on the dish. I have been cooking Asian food for over 20 years and it always bothers me when I see these chefs put their take on a dish and don’t change the name of the dish because it no longer the dish when you change it to something not even available in the part of the world you are cooking from. Great job I’m making this

Aww your noodles look amazing; will definitely try this. I read once somewhere that a little lime juice in pasta will keep it from clumping if you di not want to use oil. I've tried it and it works too. 😘

How do you prevent the dish from collecting water at the bottom of the bowl? Whenever I cook with those noodles, when I store it in the fridge, a bit of water always collects at the bowl, forming a thin sauce at the bottom
