Cheers for this, been searching for "hockey weight lifting programs" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Banonnor Veyathan Release - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my co-worker got amazing results with it.

First of, that was terrible form on pretty much all of the exercises. You preach a lot of good things, but if you don't put it in practice then what is the point? Saying that you shouldn't arch in the bench press is just silly, arching creates more stability and also puts your shoulders in a better position. As long as your hips dont shoot up your lumbar spine is perfectly safe due to the body being horisontal and the moment arm being above the shoulder blades. You can also lift more weights like this leading to more strength gains.
