Hey, my name is Rocky Bell, and I am a retired L.D. for about 25 years now, and I must admit that sometimes I do miss it. That moment when houselights go black, and the hair on the back of my neck would stand on end, the goosebumps, oh my God, the goosebump rush was incredible. For the next two hours or whatever the length of the show was, I could tell what reaction was for what the audience heard but more importantly, for what they saw. And THAT was the MAGIC of either being a real Director/Designer or just some dude banging on the console. Now having said ALL THAT 😉 watching just the first 3:05 of this video blew my mind so far away with just had far the game has changed, makes me doubt if I could ever try to get back in it. Now I know my timing is as sharp as ever, but at 62 😂 programming is a far gone conclusion. Set me up with 20 or so pre-sets and I can hang with the best of them. Thanks for reminding this old Road Dog about how sweet it use to be, "Back In The Day" 😎
