Never heard if hazel flour, but i will go look and try this recipe

In some country it's easier to find than in others. In alternative you can always blend peeled hazelnuts, just be careful to not blend them for too long otherwise you will get hazelnut butter.

Hazelnut flour can be substituted with flour from other nuts. Consistency will be similar but the taste will be slightly different!
