Thanks for sharing these cool footwork moves! I believe the Mayweather step can be explained as follows: 1. bounce on your right foot 2. bounce on your left foot 3. bounce on your right foot 4. bounce again on your right foot, but at the same time you tap your left foot to the side 5. bounce on your left foot 6. bounce on your right foot 7. bounce on your left foot. 8. bounce again on your left foot, at the same time tap with your right foot to the side A good preparational excercise that worked pretty well for me: Do the footwork pattern first without the rope, not bouncing but slowly stepping. That gives you a feel of how the pattern actually goes.

Hi Coach... just to say that I really enjoy what you are doing here.. I am 45 years old, and I have been trying to improve my jump rope skills using your videos, and it is working, as I am doing so much more now... But I must say that I find it difficult to browse through your videos when I am trying to look for something specific..like a tutorial or a beginner workout.. the video titles vary a lot and they aren't structured (meaning that they do not follow a pattern eg: "Beginners #1 -. How to..."; "Beginners #2 -. How to..."; and so on). I keep coming back to your videos, reviewing them and looking for tips and sometimes it is difficult to keep track of what I saw where I saw it.. Just a nice to have ...I know I can create my own playlists, but it's just a thought...! Keep on with the good and thanks a lot for helping out... Cheers!

Love the energy and enthusiasm you bring to your videos... Thanks for your clear, helpful explanations and tips, and a really big shout out to your camera operator for really catching the right angles to show the technique and the slow mo crispness...

Hi Rushie! Great video! I have a question. Is there any significant difference between the jump rope run and the boxer skip? Since both shift weights alternatively I want to know the benefit of a boxer skip over the jump rope run. Thanks bro!
